Malvina Galkowska
July 1st, 2007 by Jessica

Malvina poses with her son Raymond for a passport photograph in 1922Malvina Galkowska was born March 16, 1891 in Sanok, Poland. The only information we have on her is that we believe her father’s name is Tomas Galkowski and her mother’s name, according to her son Raymond, was Jadwiga Angelia Chinatowitz.

Ray and Malvina Dominik pose with an unidentified man, circa 1925Her mother Jadwiga had two sisters, Gizela and Paulina, and one brother called Father Rajmund Bynedykt Galkowska. It is unclear whether the spelling is Galkowska or Galkowski, as both versions seem to be prevelant in the documents I have found.

Malvina married Andrew J. Dominik in the Town of Reuicy, Morrison County, Minnesota, on February 11, 1914. Very little is known about the two of them.

Malvina poses circa 1930Malvina and Andrew had only one known child: Rajmund Bynedykt born February 10, 1915 in Chicago, Illinois.
