Another lazy day
Sep 18th, 2005 by Jessica
Andrew urged me to grab my camera and capture these images of Tumbles, sleeping in the afternoon sunspot on the carpet in his office. This is about the most exciting thing we’ve done this weekend! Sad in some aspects – but nice in others.

Lazy day
Sep 14th, 2005 by Jessica

I came home from work early today due to a sinus inflamation. All of the pollen in the air, and the mold at work (they are cleaning remodelling the bathrooms) have given me a massive headache. In an effort to at least get off the couch for a few minutes, I decided to find something around the house worth posting for your enjoyment.

Kitties are abound, so here ya go.

Olly, age 6

Cheetoe, age 4

Tumbleweed, age 2

Not much else is happening. I’ve been so busy with class and work lately that it’s nearly impossible to find time to do anything else. Classes are going well, but they sure take up a lot of my time. I’ve even had to resign from the HOA tasks and go on sabbatical from my genealogy volunteer work for a while due to time constraints.

Work is going extremely well and I am very happy there. I couldn’t ask for a better team or a better place to work! I like it there very much.

That’s about it for me. Hope everyone is doing well out there!

I’m sorry, we’re closed
Sep 12th, 2005 by Jessica

We walked into Long John Silver’s for lunch, and the manager said, “I’m sorry, we’re closed, we were just robbed.” He walked us out the door and locked it.

Mind you, one of our colleagues actually was holding us up (no pun intended) so we were about 20 minutes late going to lunch… I shudder to think what we would have been witness to had we actually left for lunch on time.

Very scary thought for this very tiring Monday.
