Phred is adorable! It’s funny that you keep thinking his white hairs are dust. Lucky is solid “black” except for his fangs. He likes to stick his tongue out when we’re petting his belly so he has this tiny speck of pink and two white strips for fangs. It’s hilarious!

Our First Cat, Minnie, was black. Until she laid down in the sunshine. Then you could see her dark chocolate brown undercoat, and the faint stripes on her tail.

Max, the current black cat, appears to be truly black, except for his tuxedo spots…and a couple of white hairs I keep trying to brush off, thinking they are dust.
