It was more about the writing than the story or the subject. Meyer is so descriptive and she understands the teenage mind very well. I just finished New Moon a few minutes ago, and didn’t like that one nearly as much as Twilight. I will be starting Eclipse tomorrow, so we’ll see how that one is. I never saw the movie, so I’m expecting to be disappointing when it is released on DVD in March.

On a side note, I’ll be re-reading Half Blood Prince before the movie is released in July. I’ve read it a few times but a refresher certainly is in my future!
